Table Space advises you to review the following basic rules that govern the use of our Site (the “Agreement”). Please note that your use of our Site constitutes your agreement to follow and be bound by this Agreement.

Product

Although Table Space has made every effort to display our products and their colors as accurately as possible, the displayed colors of the products depend upon the monitor of the user, and Table Space cannot guarantee that the user's monitor will accurately portray the actual colors of the products. Each Table Space item is crafted using products of nature and the product you receive may differ in color and grain pattern from images found on our website.

Orders

All products ordered are for personal use and gifting only. They must not be resold in any form or any place; Table Space reserves the right to take legal action against unauthorized and unofficial sale of goods.

Table Space reserves the right to refuse any order. In such case, we will notify you as soon as reasonably practicable and refund to you any payment in full.

Warranty

We are dedicated to delivering the highest quality products. Your Table Space product comes with a one (1) year warranty from the date of purchase. Your warranty is automatic, so there is no need to register. This limited warranty only applies to Table Space products purchased in the United States. For limited warranty coverage elsewhere, please contact your Table Space dealer, reseller, or distributor.

We warrant that this product shall be free from defects in materials or workmanship with the exceptions stated below.

This warranty does not cover damage caused by accident, misuse, abuse, neglect, excessive moisture, other acts of nature, unauthorized product modification or repairs, or failure to follow the instructions outlined in the user manual.

We will repair or replace any defective parts, at our option, within a reasonable amount of time and free of charge any time during the warranty period. After service, we will be responsible for shipping the product back to you at our expense.

Proof of purchase as evidence that the unit was purchased from Table Space or an authorized dealer within the warranty period is required for warranty service. This limited warranty is fully transferable provided that the current owner furnishes the original proof of purchase.

THE MAXIMUM LIABILITY OF TABLE SPACE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE ACTUAL PURCHASE PRICE PAID BY YOU FOR THE PRODUCT. IN NO EVENT SHALL TABLE SPACE BE LIABLE FOR SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR INDIRECT DAMAGES.
